Prior to applying for membership, a candidate shall have attended a minimum of 2 general membership meetings. If after attending the second meeting, you feel you would like to become a member, the Club Secretary will be able to provide you with an application.
You will need to have 2 club members sponsor your application to membership before submitting it back to the Secretary.
After you have submitted your application, it will be read to the membership at the next 2 club meetings. During the second meeting that your application has been read, your application will be voted on by secret ballot. Affirmative votes of 3/4 of the members present and voting at the meeting is required to elect you to membership.
Members are limited to sponsoring no more than 4 applicants during the calendar year. So get to know as many members as you can during your first 2 meetings and let us get to know you.
